i wasn’t always this person.
Although I knew I wanted to help others, there were crucial insights I would discover later that made a big difference in how I navigate life and show up.
where it all started
I began in the “helping profession” as they call it, a social worker hoping to make a difference in everyone else’s life for the better.
I quickly discovered that I had perhaps taken on more than I was ready to! I burned out mentally and physically after almost 20 years.
If anything, I was determined to press on no matter what - which did not serve me well. My mind ignored the stress until my body chose for me! I could no longer ignore the signs, everything in my life was suffering.
This is when, after resigning from social work, I went inward.
Where else was there to go?
a new road taken
But I quickly learned that I could not do this alone. I found the guidance and support I needed through exploring an area of healing I’d never known anything about.
So at age 40, I learned about energy, chakras, mind-body connection, various healing modalities, mind/ego healing, and discovered a group of like-minded people.
Since 2016, I allowed myself to explore all things spiritual and metaphysical.
It has been so fun and full of tears. Tears of release, pain, hurt but also tears of joy, relief and freedom.
I would like to share with you all the things that helped heal me.
As life continues as life does with ups and downs, I continue to use these tools which have lessened the stress and lead me to a more enriched life. I invite you to explore your own path to freedom with gentle guidance from me.

Through my individually based elemental and sound Reiki, the Munay-Ki rites, the sacred ceremonies, the guided A Course In Miracles-based sessions, I help those seeking peace discover the wisdom they have always had, creating a newfound peace with their outside world.
