This program focuses on spiritual growth. In this program, you will learn how to receive Inner Guidance more clearly, what pitfalls to avoid and how to apply what you are learning in your daily life experience. It’s about uncovering your own innate Wisdom through activities that help you connect feelings with ideas so you can make the ideas work in your life. ​Offered as both Group and Individual, depending on preference and numbers available. 8 sessions over 8 weeks, apoprox 45 mins per session.
